Four Lakes Tour – Alsace – France – 16 km – Optional Camping!!!
Welcome to the second COMBI-EVENT. I would like to invite you to this gorgeous 4 lakes tour in Alsace / France. Don’t forget your bathing suite because it is allowed to swim there. Optionally you can also join for some Camping from Friday evening to Sunday evening.
I have 2 more seats for people who would like to start on Friday evening and camp with us until Sunday evening. 19 euros per person for transport. Please contact me by private message with your mobile number. Without number I will not take you into account. I also ask drivers who offer seats to leave their number and also people who answer to that.
Length: 16 km, moderate level
Duration: About 5 hours, without breaks, swimming and sunbathing (let’s be positive)
We will meet at the parking lot at Lac Blanc and from there walk to Lac Noire, Lac de Truites and Lac Verte and stop at every lake for a break where you can eat, swim and enjoy the sunshine.
When and how to get there:
For the ones interested in Camping with us:
We will start on Friday 13th depending on passenger availability and head for Orbey in Alsace where we will stay on the following camping site for two nights. Two years ago we started at 19:30 and got there late but it was fun to set up the tents with flashlights. This is one of the best camping sites I have ever been to.
If you are a bigger group up to 4 people there is the possibility to rent a prospector tent on site. It is 38 euros altogether per night. 9 euros something per person.
This is a camping gear rental, tents etc:
For the ones interested in the hike:
Starting from Heidelberg I recommend to calculate about 3 hours for the 232 km which would mean to start at on Saturday 14th at 8:00 o’clock. I recommend to meet at Heidelberg Hbf in front of Burger King and the Wiener Feinbäcker since there are always free spaces.
For the hike we will meet at 11:00 on Saturday 14th on the Parking lot at Lac Blanc:
